Our apparel and accessories are made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, so your order is not ready to ship immediately after checkout.
Shipping rates
The available shipping methods and final shipping charge are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Eligible US orders of $69 or more qualify for free shipping, based on the merchandise amount after discounts. Other destinations use the available destination-specific rates. Any duties or import charges imposed by the destination authorities are separate from our checkout charge.
Production and delivery
Delivery timing depends on the garment, production location, destination and carrier. Allow time for production before transit. Carrier estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
Tracking and your address
Tracking information is provided when it becomes available. Please check your full shipping address before completing checkout. An incorrect address or unclaimed shipment may require customer-paid reshipping.
