Products and orders
Apparel and accessories are made to order. Review the garment, color, size guide, quantity and shipping address before completing checkout. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Garment measurements and production results can vary within the tolerances stated on the product page.
Product availability and prices are shown on the site. Your checkout total shows your selected products and shipping charges before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unavailable item.
Order changes
Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Do not assume a requested change is confirmed until you receive our reply.
Shipping, returns and privacy
